Q1: What's my order status, I didn't receive an order confirmation email? 

A1: An automatic order confirmation email with your order number is sent for every order.  If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and add our email address to your safe sender list to ensure you receive future emails from us.  Once you have your order number, go to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address to track your order.  

 

Q2: My parcel arrived damaged, what can you do? 

A2: If you received a damaged parcel, we're very sorry. It happens on rare occasion, but don't worry. Just fill out the Hassle-free Returns form and we will send you a free replacement. (And you won't need to return the damaged one).

 

Q3: I've changed my mind, how do I return my item? 

A3: Please review our Return Policy to see if your item qualifies. If it qualifies, just fill out the Hassle-free Returns form to request a return.

 

Q4: How long does shipping take to my country/region? 

A4: Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-3 days.  Once shipped, shipping times can be longer during gift giving holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas) and may vary depending on delivery address proximity to an international airport but below are general shipping times:

USA: 7-12 days
Hawaii: 14-19 days
Canada: 10-15 days
Australia: 8-15 days
UK: 5-10 days
EU: 7-14 days
Rest of World: 8-20 days
